This year sports week will be called Olympic week and will take place from Monday 14th - Friday 18th March 2011. Children will be involved in a range of sporting activities, some new and some old favourites.
The emphasis will be on developing the Olympic values. There will also be workshops for some of the children to take part in including Capoeira and Karate.
The Nintendo Wii challenge will also be back by popular demand!
Please ensure that your child has their P.E kit in school each day so they don't miss out on these exciting opportunities.
On Friday 18th March children will be invited to bring in 1 pound to come dressed as a 'Sporting hero.' This money will go towards Comic Relief.
