Glade are proud to offer each child at least 10 minutes of structured in-class physical activity each day in addition to their 2 hours of weekly P.E. This physical activity may come in the form of Yoga, Take 10 (Aerobics,) Brain Gym or Speedstacking. The video below shows how Yoga can greatly improve childrens' concentration and well-being and in turn improve their learning.
